Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Artists Company handles information when you visit artistscompany.net, read its public pages, follow an external link, email us, or schedule a call. The website is a public portfolio and publishing site operated by Artists Company in Ankara, Turkey. It does not provide user accounts, a checkout flow, or an authenticated customer dashboard.

Website analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as visited pages, navigation patterns, device or browser characteristics, and approximate traffic sources. The analytics script is deferred until the page is idle or a visitor interacts with it. Google may process identifiers and technical information under its own terms and privacy documentation. We use these measurements to maintain the site and understand which public work is useful, not to make automated decisions about visitors.

Information you choose to send

If you contact Artists Company by email or book a call through the linked scheduling service, you choose what contact details, project context, and message content to provide. We use that information to respond, evaluate the request, arrange the conversation, and keep necessary business records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through a first-contact message.

External services and links

Public pages link to third-party services including GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Cal.com, app stores, and product platforms. Opening those links sends your request to the relevant provider, which applies its own privacy policy and controls. Artists Company does not control how those independent services collect or retain information. Review their terms before submitting information or signing in.

Retention, sharing, and security

Contact information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, an ongoing business relationship, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping. We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure, analytics, email, or scheduling providers required to operate the site and communications, or disclosed when legally required. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and questions

You can use browser privacy controls, content blockers, or analytics opt-out tools to limit measurement. You may also ask about personal information you previously sent, or request correction or deletion where applicable. Requests may require enough context to locate the relevant communication and verify that the requester is entitled to act on it.

For privacy questions, use the public contact page or email contact@artistscompany.net.

Policy changes

This policy may change when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current published version. Material updates will be reflected on this page rather than silently backdated.
